Hi, I’m Reiko! I’ve spent most of my gaming life playing never-ending games because of my attachment issues, like Animal Crossing, where my characters don’t age at all, or The Sims, which does involve aging, except a lot of the time I get way too attached to my Sims that I’d cheat and de-age them because I don’t want them to die :’)
The first game I’ve ever actually played to completion was The Wolf Among Us back in 2019, then Bully in 2020, Firewatch in 2022, Lake in 2023, Hogwarts Legacy in the same year (I platinum-ed in on my boyfriend’s PS5 and sobbed at the end), and The Division in 2025. I started playing more games that actually have endings ever since thanks to the boyfriend, though I have not forgotten my roots :b.
I probably wouldn’t have gotten this “far” in my gaming life if it weren’t for my gamer-since-birth boyfie, so this blog will mostly be me sharing my thoughts on the games I play with him and some of my solo gaming as well <3 I tend to get very emotionally invested in both fact and fiction, so some of my writings might get a bit serious or sentimental.
